I ended up discovering a bingo website which became addictive... Before long we had no money to pay the bills! I became so depressed, but also scared in case my secret came out.

I just could not believe that God had actually forgiven me. Sometimes I even doubted that He was capable of forgiving a person whose sins were as bad as mine.
